If you have purchased new equipment through Arch we will update your product for you. But if you receive new equipment through a source other than Arch you can update the expiration dates yourself for your AED unit. Directions on how to do this can be found here.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself you can send the information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know the equipment type, what AED it is for, and the new expiration date(s).
